{"id":82,"date":"2017-02-11T05:26:55","date_gmt":"2017-02-11T05:26:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/brbacademy.com\/?page_id=82"},"modified":"2023-11-29T18:59:32","modified_gmt":"2023-11-29T18:59:32","slug":"admission","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/brbacademy.com\/index.php\/admission\/","title":{"rendered":"Admission"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Enrollment is open to all ages who are appropriate to the programs.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Third Grade, Second Grade, First Grade, Kindergarten<\/li>\n<li>Junior Kindergarten, Pre-Kindergarten, Pre-school \uff08at least 2.5 years old and potty trained completely to start preschool\uff09<\/li>\n<li>Enrichments classes: Pre-K ~3rdgrade students<\/li>\n<li>Chinese classes: Pre-K ~3rdgrade students<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Enrollment Procedure<\/b><br \/>\n1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 You download <a href=\"https:\/\/brbacademy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/ApplicationForm1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">the application form<\/a>, fill it out and mail it to the school with $50 non-refundable application fee.<br \/>\n2.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0School sends all the notification through Emails between January to February about enrollment procedurals every year.<br \/>\n3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The acceptance package will be sent to you if your child is accepted around February 10.<br \/>\n4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 You fill out the forms in the acceptance package and mail the forms with the deposit to the school. A spot is guaranteed for your child after it.<\/p>\n<p><b>Full Day Program Admission Timeline<\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application deadline:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe school has a rolling-admission policy. We accept qualified applications until they\u2019ve filled all the spots in the classes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Student interview:<\/strong><br \/>\nStudent interview and prior test are required for kindergarten to 3rd grade classes from outside students.\u00a0 School will call when it is necessary for your child&#8217;s interview for Preschool to Junior K classes.<\/p>\n<p><b>Notification:<\/b><br \/>\nNotification of acceptance status and enrollment forms will be mailed to the applicant family after the decision is made in February each year.<\/p>\n<p><b>Enrollment:<\/b><br \/>\nTo reserve a space for next school year, families must return their signed enrollment contract with a non-refundable deposit before the deadline after receiving the acceptance letter and the enrollment forms.<\/p>\n<p><strong>School tours:<\/strong><br \/>\nWe conduct tours to give prospective families an opportunity to see the school in action. Please call the school to arrange a school tour. Sorry, school tours are not available due to pandemic period until further notice.
